Absolutely! We welcome walk-in visits during business hours. You can see our work firsthand, feel the fabric quality, and discuss your project in person. No appointment needed for quick visits, but for detailed consultations we recommend booking ahead.

Yes. Our team can help refine your existing design or create something new from scratch. Design consultation is free with every order. We work with you until the design is perfect before moving to production.

We accept EFT, credit/debit cards, and SnapScan. Standard terms: 50% deposit on order confirmation, 50% balance on delivery. For large orders we can arrange custom payment plans.

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Express orders can be completed in 24–48 hours depending on quantity and complexity. Rush fees may apply for express orders. Let us know your deadline and we will do our best to meet it.

Yes, we deliver throughout South Africa. Local Cape Town deliveries are free for orders over R1,000. Nationwide shipping via trusted couriers at competitive rates. International shipping available on request.
